Feel confident, resilient and productive at work every day.
Your Journey
You wake up in the morning with a sinking dread in the pit of your stomach: work.
Your team is expecting direction, encouragement and support, and yet you’re feeling overwhelmed, over-stretched and in need of support yourself.
You arrive at your desk, open your calendar and feel anxiety wash over you: you have a string of meetings where you’ll need to lead or contribute to discussions and decisions, putting forward your own ideas and opinions with confidence. And yet you haven’t had the time to prepare. You go into the meeting feeling stressed, anxious and unsure. You felt this way yesterday, and if nothing changes you will feel this way tomorrow, the next day and the next.
How would you describe how you feel at work?
We all want to go to work feeling well – but how do we get there?
How Be Well at Work can help you
Confidence, resilience and productivity are key skills that enable you to learn and grow in your work, and to progress to the next level in your career. They provide the foundation for you to produce your best work every day, to influence those around you, and most importantly to enjoy what you do and come home feeling fulfilled.
They are skills that we can learn and practise over time, that are not dependent on circumstances or personality type, or that just happen to be part of the DNA of a fortunate few.
These are habits that we can all nurture in ourselves if we choose to, and that is what Be Well at Work is all about. Be Well at Work coaching will enable you to develop ways of thinking that in turn will create a confident, resilient and productive mindset, every day.
What to expect in a Be Well at Work session
We will work collaboratively to:
Visualise where you want to be in your career and how you will feel when you get there. We will discover what confidence, resilience and productivity look like for you.
Understand more clearly what is happening right now and what is holding you back.
Use psychometric testing to identify your unique strengths and how you can maximise these at work every day to build your confidence, resilience and productivity.
Create an action plan that gives you a step-by-step structure to make small changes that lead to long-lasting habit change.
Explore the mindset changes you need to make to allow your confidence and resilience to grow.
We will review regularly to ensure we are working together towards your goals for coaching, and we will both sign a written Working Agreement that describes what we can expect from each other throughout the coaching relationship.
I am committed to the AC Global Code of Ethics which outlines best practice in coaching, including maintaining confidentiality, data protection, on-going learning and development and required supervision to practise.
